Barlaser is a midfielder who has been sent out on loan over the past couple of seasons spending the whole of last year at Accrington Stanley in League One.
Whilst Alex Neil is adamant that he needs to add experience to his side it is suggested that Preston alongside Championship rivals Wigan are interested in a loan move for the midfielder.
