Ormerod Signs

Former Blackpool striker Brett Ormerod signed for Preston earlier today subject to a successful medical this afternoon. As we predicted earlier in the week, Ormerod has signed from Southampton on a free transfer. The frontman would have been cup tied for today's game but is set to go straight into the squad to face Palace on Tuesday - ironically his last game for Southampton was against Palace last Tuesday.
