Preston Youths conceeded three goals in the first half with goals from Stanley in the 10th, 12th and on the half hour.
Preston came roaring back in the second half with a goal in the first 30 seconds of the half. PNE reduced the arrears even futher with a goal on 50 minutes to make it 3-2 to Stanley.
But PNE couldn't get an equaliser and the points were wrapped up in the 87th minute as Accrington Stanley scored their fourth.
Preston remain in last place with just three points following their opening season victory to Carlisle to show for. The goal difference is now -14 with scoring 5 and conceeding 19 in their first seven matches.
