Postman Andy Woolmer first started refereeing at age sixteen and is another Northamptonshire referee who followed the UCL and Southern League route to the National List. He was an assistant for ten seasons which included four seasons on the Select Group. As an assistant referee his appointments include the Football League Trophy Final, League Cup Final and the Community Shield. Since 2004 he has been on the National List referee since 2004.

 

His first league match as a referee was a goalless draw between Kidderminster and Notts.County on 18/8/04. His first Championship match was the Lilywhites 2-1 victory at Crewe on  3 January 2005.

 

His previous Rochdale  match was a 2-2 draw at Coventry on  31 January 2015.  His last match was a 1-1 draw between Tranmere against AFC Wimbledon on 28 March 2015.
