Brendan Malone is now in his third season as a referee but is will be his first match in charge of PNE.
His first match was on 7 August 2010 with a 1-0 win for Hereford at Crewe. On the day Janos Kovacs scored the only goal of the game to give then manager and fomer PNE player Simon Davey a dream start to his time with the Bulls.
His last Yeovil match was a 3-2 defeat at home to Charlton on Boxing Day 2011. His last match was a 2-0 win for Gillingham at Bristol Rovers on 5 January 2013.
