Both teams will be raring to go in tomorrow’s match, as both are going to try their utmost best to secure their first league win of the season.

Both teams have so much to lose in this Sky televised match, and if the Black Cats do not clinch a win against the whites, then they will secure an unimpressive record of 18 league games without a win!

Obviously they are going to be more determined than ever, trust North End being in this position when they need a victory themselves!

After PNE’s disappointing season last term and the start of this season being disappointing also, they need to start getting their act together if they want a promotion place at the end of the season.

PNE will welcome back home grown Kevin Kilbane, who made many appearances for the whites, after he made a 1.25 million move to West Brom in 1997.

PNE have no injury worries, which boss Brown claimed were "an embarrassment of riches" ahead of tomorrow’s game. Both Broomes and Briscoe are back after niggling injuries, while Claude Davis played a full reserve game against Burnley, so he will be pushing for a first team
