Gary Sutton is now in his second spell as a Football League referee having made his debut on 6 August 2005 as Stockport drew 2-2 with Mansfield. He was on the National List between 2005/07 and again since 2009 as Aldershot beat Darlington 3-1 on 8 August 2009.

 

His last match was a 3-0 home win for Luton against Hartlepool on 18 April. His last Swindon game was a 2-0 home victory over Barnsley on 7 February 2015.
