Preston have a number of away games leading up to the Chrstmas period due to rescheduled fixtures. Last week they faced Gillingham and tonight a rearranged fixture in London at Leyton Orient. Saturday will see Preston at Rochdale before a rearranged midweek game at Swindon.
The FA Cup was a chance for some respite but Preston were drawn away from home. Their opponents will either be Havant and Waterlooville who are based on the south coast in Southampton or Canvey Island down in Essex. Tonight's replay will determine the winner but either way it is another long trip for Preston.
