Allegations were raised in April that six Preston players were invovled in spot fixing with former teammate Sodje already deeply embroiled in trouble. It was always believed that the six were innocent although they were on bail until the end of July.
All six - Cummins has since left the club - have been informed that no further action will be taken and effectively they have been cleared of all allegations made against them.
