Pearson has been at Preston for two yearrs being influential in midfield over his time. He has been a reason why Preston have been doing well protecting the defence in a holding midfield role.
I was aways expected that Pearson would play in the Premier League one day but Preston will want to keep hold of their midfielder as they look to push into the top six towards the end of the season.
No formal bid has been made but it is expected that there will be significant interest over the January transfer window.
