Fan’s favourite of the moment Claude Davis is set to sign a permanent 3 year deal with the whites, the official club website revealed today.

The official club website claims that Claude Davis has agreed terms to a three-year extension to his current deal, which will keep him faithful to the whites until the end of the 2007-08 season.

Davis is currently on loan from Jamaican club Portamore, and is set to sign after the clubs have negotiated an undisclosed fee

The Jamaican was the second reggae boy to come to PNE of late, after the success of fellow teammate Ricardo Fuller. But the fans have taken to Davis well, and he is now one of the most consistent performing players, playing at full-back, this season.
