Eagles has been allowed to train with Preston in the first week of pre-season as he searches for a new club. It is thoguht that Grayson is interested in giving the former burnley player a try out as he is looking to add some depth in the wide positions.
It is unclear if Eagles will return for the second week of training as he was left out of the matchday squad for Saturday's game at Chorley when practically the whole squad was invovled int he game.
There has been no official line from the club over Eagles and any negotiations.
