Initially it was though that a bid was put forward by Leicester but no fee had been agreed for the transfer but reports are now suggesting a fee of £1.2m has been agreed for the sale of the defender.
This would seem slighlty strange given that North End rejected a £1.5m bid from Ipswich for the Irish international back in the January transfer window. No formal comment has been made by North End although it does appear that should the right valuation be agreed upon then St Ledger will be heading for the exit door.
