After the Morecambe friendly was pulled due to stadium difficulties at Morecambe, Preston ahve been looking to plug a gap in their pre-season fixture list. A Preston eleven was to play Wrexham at a neutral venue but now it has been confirmed that on 27 July, a full side will travel to take on a Wrexham first team.
