Preston are set to sign Man Utd midfielder Matt James on loan once the loan market re-opens at the start of next week.
James is part of the youth set up at Man Utd and is a regular who can play in midfield or in the back four. The 18 year old is expected to sign on loan next week for the rest of the season.
