Last Chance For Strikers

Craig Brown admits in a recent interview that strikers Cresswell and Fuller will have to shape up up-front, otherwise he will be tempted to give the other strikers at the club a chance.

The Boss said: "I'm not concerned at the moment because I just think they are both a little anxious.
"But we have an abundance of strikers at the club. And the two that are playing will have to score otherwise we will have to think what we should do.
"They are getting into goal scoring positions and everyone can see they have been very unlucky.
"The goals will come, I know they will. But the two of them just need to relax a bit more."
Brown showed faith in the team's goal scoring capabilities, stating: "Last season only Wolves and Bristol City had scored more than us in the entire country going into October.
"And I don't even think we created as many goal chances last year as we have in the opening six games this time."
Craig Brown was also full of Praise for busy Polish under 21 international Abbott, saying: "We probably need Pav at the moment. He is very much in line for a chance. He wasn't in the 16 on Saturday against Stoke because Poland wanted him to join up with the squad the same day.
"To be honest, with Healy the back-up striker, we probably wouldn't have been using him so we let him go to Scotland."
