Mavididi signed from Arsenal on a loan deal. The youngster can play out wide or up front. He will challenge the forward players in the side for a first team spot. Competition is already intense for the forward position with Preston having a very attacking mindset this season.
The youngster spent time on loan at Charlton last season and is highly rated having played fo England throughout the age ranks. He was unable to play on Saturday as the deal was done too late but he is expected to appear at Accrington in the Cup on Tuesday.
