Chris Maxwell was out of contract at Fleetwood and last week we reported there was a potential link with Preston as the keeper said he was in talks with another club.
Preston have signed the young Welsh keeper on a three year deal which will start on 1 July 2016. Grayson is still after one more keeper to complete his rearguard.
