Mckenna Bids Rejected

Speculation over the past week in the East Midlands media linked Paul Mckenna with a possible return with ex-boss Billy Davies who is now at Nottingham Forest. Davies has launched two bids in the region of £600,000 with both being rejected by Preston.

Chairman, Derek Shaw, would not usuaully comment on bids for any players but due to the acromonious relationship between him and ex-boss Davies a statement was made by the North End chief flatly rejecting both bids from Forest.
