Mellor Signs For Whites

For weeks Simpson has been tracking down the frontman but due to an injury Mellor could only sign on the dotted line this afternoon.

Mellor has been unable to break into the Reds first team featuring in only a handful of games against Benitez most noteably scoring a screamer in the last minute to beat Arsenal. He has since been loaned out to Sheffield United and Wigan but has signed a full time deal with the Whites.
