Nicholson Set To Sign

Nicholson will follow fellow countryman Hart down to Deepdale as Irvine starts to build for pre-season. Nicholson was chased by Irvine back in January but Preston waited until the player's contract ran out this Summer before agreeing terms.

Nicholson has signed on a free transfer and is set to undergo a medical tomorrow at Deepdale when he will be officially unveiled as a Preston player. The midfielder has plenty of experience to add to the squad and produces more competition to the Preston squad.
