The Portugese Under-21 international has finally agreed to joining the Whites on an initial one month loan deal having been denied the opportunity of a loan move to Deepdale by Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho last month.
He goes straight into Billy Davies'squad for the game against West Ham this weekend.
