There are no surprises in the pre-season set of games with Preston seemngly reluctant to travel beyond the North West. This will do little to assist with North End's poor away form from last season.
Preston will open pre-season as per usual at Bamber Bridge on Friday 7 July with kick off at 7.00pm. There is no match against Chorley this year presumably because Trevor Hemmings has relinquished his involvement with the club.
North End travel to Stockport on 15 July, Morecambe on 18 July followed by a trip to Accrington on 19 July. The weekend following has been left blank although this gap is expected to be filled before Burnley travel to Deepdale on 25 July.
The final pre-season game will be on a Friday evening away at Fleetwood on 28 July 2017.
