Preston Kit Loss

Preston choose Canterbury to design and make North End's kit on a four year contract but not even six months into the first year, the company has gone into administration owing North End some much needed cash.

Canterbury also make the kit for Premier League outfit Portsmouth but both clubs are unlikely to get any cash as they drop to the bottom of the pile as unsecured creditors in the administration.

KPMG who are dealing with the administration have cancelled all contracts which means that North End now have to look for a new provider for their kits. The club have stated that they have enough stock to fill demand for the forthcoming season so a change will only be made for the start of the 2010/11 season.
