Grayson made one change with Garner being replcaed by Kevin Davies. Rumours were abound that Garner who was sat in the stands was left out so he was not cup tied. This was denied and rubbished by Grayson after the match.
Little scored a goal just before the break to give Preston the lead before Kilkenny sealed the vistory after half time to give Preston a two goal victory. The draw will take place later this week.
