Reports have confirmed that Walsall have received an offer for the young winger. Ginnelly has subsequently been linked with a move to North End. The winger would provide much needed help given Preston's current injury crisis.
It also shows the market that Preston are currently shopping in and have been doing so for the past few seasons. North End are restricted to yougner lower league players although this seems to be getting the club only so far up the Championship table.
