Phillips is a young striker who currently plays for Wycombe but has broken through into the England under 19 squad. He scored a late equaliser to put England through to the semi final stages where they were eliminated tonight.
It is thought several clubs are interested in the youngster and a move could be made when Phillips returns home from the European Championships.
