North End will face an opening day home game against Notts County which happened back int he 90's after Preston's promotion from the bottom tier under Gary Peters.
There is a home game on Boxing Day against Barnsley with a relatively short trip to Crewe a couple of days later. Preston end the season with a really long trip to Colchester.
