Sodje who is on a month by month agreement with North End signed a further extension despite featuring on a less regular basis over the past four weeks or so.
North End have also signed Anthony Elding on loan from Grimsby. The non-league striker was with Westley at Stevenage and will remain at Deepdale until 1 January but will be unable to play in the FA Cup.
