There are holes to fill in Preston's squad with a number of players leaving since the end of last season. So far incoming transfers have been limited to Diaby and the goalkeeping position.

He broke into the first team a number of years ago but after several loan spells he never managed to make the grade at Liverpool and is now hoping to impress Ryan Lowe. He is out of contract so no fee would be involved should Preston wish to take him on.
