North End ensured their unbeaten run was still intact heading into the international break but had to make do with just a point for their endeavours against Roy Keane's Ipswich Town.

Ross Wallace put Preston infront with an excellent finish from an acute angle only to see fellow Scot Callum Davidson give away a penalty after he was adjudged to have hand-balled on the line.

Above, Ross Wallace celebrates putting North End in front, however, with it looking like the score would remain at 1-0 heading into the interval, skipper Callum Davidson handled the ball on the line to concede a penalty.

Despite protesting his innoncence, Davidson was given his marching orders.

Although the inevitable penalty was saved by Andy Lonergan, the rebound was converted to level the scoring on the stroke of half-time.
