Preston were poor and gave the ball away too often with Wallace gifting Blackpool the ball for them to counter and shoot past Lonergan with the shot going in off the post.
Preston failed to perform any better in the second half with Blackpool having pot shots whenver they got a chance. Preston did manage to bundle the ball in the net late on only for it to be ruled out.
Preston are on poor form coming towards the end of the season and with four games left the season will just peter out into another nothing season.
