Fourth Stand Delayed Again

The Primary Care Trust were set to have a meeting tonight to finalise the details of the facilities and payment of the fourth stand but the meeting has been postponed (not for a waterlogged pitch!) and will take place next week.

Preston are hopeful everything will be confirmed next week.
