Matty James played the full ninety minutes against Spain as England were knocked out of the European Championships.
James captained the side who were outplayed by a talented Spanish side. The defeat could have been worse but for a goal late in the first half by England. James will return back to the Preston squad over the net few days in time for the start of the new season.
