Nugent Helps England Through

England managed to wrap up the tie late on with two goals from substitute Theo Walcott after the Germans tired.

Nugent had his part to play early in the first half he was brought down when clean through on goal which reduced the Germans to ten men.

Germany had chances, missing a penalty and then with Taylor of England sent off in the second half Germany pressed on.

Nugent was replaced after seventy minutes and the pace of Walcot told for the visitors.
