Ricketts Deal Imminent

Simpson was keen to watch Ricketts as players on trial are allowed to play one reserve game but that hope was dashed this afternoon.

It appears though that Simpson has seen enough and liked what he saw. He has offered the ex England man a more permanent contract to stay at Deepdale for the near future.
